DELIVERY

The majority of orders are despatched either recorded / signed for (Royal Mail) or tracked / signed for (courier) at no extra cost. Please provide a delivery address where there will be someone to sign for the goods over the time period when your goods are likely to arrive. If you miss two deliveries, you may have to collect goods from a depot or fund a third delivery attempt. Shipping schedules are counted in working days (Monday-Friday are normally working days, public holidays and weekends are not). Once cleared funds have been received we aim to dispatch goods on the next working day unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Nonetheless, delivery delays sometime happen and customers are asked to allow between 5 - 7 working days before contacting our sales team. Currently we only ship to the UK Mainland (Customers in the Highlands of Scotland may find that their deliveries take one extra working day to arrive).

If you select First or Second Class "Not Recorded", we accept no responsibility for lost parcels. It is only suitable for low value items, the limit for this service is total products costing less than £5.00. This service will not appear if the total product value is greater.

Please note that Royal Mail and Parcelforce collect at around 3.30pm each day, and to have a realistic chance of dispatch on the same day, orders should be in by around 2pm, after that time we will try to dispatch the same day but it is down to how busy the warehouse are on that particular day. This is especially relevant for those selecting Royal Mail Special Delivery. Immaterial of the shipping method chosen (and in order to avoid doubt) we do NOT guarantee dispatch on the same working day, or even the next working next day. And therefore please understand that even the Royal Mail Special Delivery option only guarantees next day delivery … from the date of dispatch! Nonetheless, although we offer no guarantees, we do undertake to do our utmost to ensure prompt dispatch of all orders.

Please also note that even though at the checkout you are offered a variety of postage options. And we always try to dispatch goods ordered using the method chosen at the checkout. However, this is not always possible. Some products are dispatched from a facility we have in Wales, and in order to save costs, other products are shipped directly from our suppliers warehouse both in the UK and abroad. In these circumstances it is not always possible to use the shipping method chosen at the checkout but we do our best to use a similar or comparable service. Nevertheless, in order to avoid doubt, we are clearly stating that we do not guarantee to use any specific shipping service and / or delivery method.

RETURNS

Please e-mail quoting us your Order Reference and the nature of the fault or problem. We cannot accept returns for products that have been personalised. Furthermore, products sold on a "no returns" basis will not be accepted for credit under any circumstances. Products sold on a "no return" basis will clearly state so. All returned goods must be accompanied by ThinkDeal.Net Returns Authorisation number (RA) which must be obtained by email. The RA number must be clearly marked on the outer packaging, not on the goods. Details where to send authorised product returns will be given once a Returns Authorisation (RA) has been issued. Returns will not be accepted if the goods have been worked upon, altered or damaged in any way by the customer, or for goods not used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. No software on which seals have been broken can be returned for credit or exchange. If any software discs are faulty they will be replaced by the manufacturer. Please note Software Licences are non returnable. Goods being returned are during transit the responsibility of the purchaser until the returned Goods are accepted by the Seller. Goods should be returned within 7 days with their original packaging unopened. If the packaging has been opened then only damaged goods, or goods that are not fit for purpose, or items that are clearly not what was originally ordered can be returned. Used goods cannot be returned! Faults that arise after the 7 day returns period may still be covered by the manufactures warranty in which the customer should contact them directly.
